Any recommendations on a good tripod for my zeiss diascope 65?

I plan to use the spotting scope in a varying number of situations:

#1: Hunting (antelope mainly, but maybe elk at some point)
    #2: At the range
#3: General wildlife viewing when at national parks
    #4: Prarie Dog Hunting

Those are the main uses, in priority order.

Thanks for any advice.

Here is one made by Zeiss.  Great tripod. Big%20Grin

Here are a few more that we carry that would be great for what
you need it for.

get the one sold by zeiss, they done make it...  I ran across the manufacture site once and can not remember who it is.

The zeiss allows you to hang the scope under the tripod, and adjust the legs so you shoot from underneath allowing you to shoot and then lean away and spot without changing positions.

This is an old post so thought I'd ask here rather than start a new one. I am ordering a new Bushnell Elite 80 from SWFA and would like some input on the best tri-pod. Sgt-Shooter your comment intrigues me. If you are still out there could you (or someone else reading this) expound a little more or how the Zeiss tri allows you to hang the scope under the tri-pod. Maybe I'am really as dense as my girlfriend says but I just can't see how this is done. Any other suggestions on tre-pods for this scope?
Thanks as Always
Have a great day ...unless you have something else planned
