Here's a review. competitor has the worst customer service I've experienced ever! The customer service people are so low information to put it politely, they don't even have any idea what to do to make a customer happy. I've had a red dot sight on order with them for 4 months! First they send me a defective one. Then when I send it back they send me a used one like I wouldn't notice. Now they say they put me back to the bottom of the waitlist. So now on my 4th month waiting!

Please refer back to the forum rules you agreed to on signup. Sorry you did not use SWFA in the beginning. Hopefully you will see the light. I have been a member on the OT since 2007.Garnered information a couple of years before joining. Over the years  have always found the utmost respect and quality from SWFA.  Welcome to the OT. This forum is a gift from SWFA and is not be used to promote or slander its competitors.
Folks ain't got a sense of humor no more. They don't laugh they just get sore.

Need to follow the rules. Just hard to determine which set of rules to follow
Now the rules have changed again.
