Howdy boys, 60* here in snow country on the way to 80 later in the week. 75* would be nicer.

Hello gents,

Overcast and breezy here but pleasant enough to be out in shirt sleeves.

Good weekends had? I got out for a roe buck. The 257 Roberts doing fine work at a bit over 200yds on this chap. Not in great condition so probably won’t be great eating sadly

Hi Peddler,

Yeah there’s just something about that Bob and those 120gr Nosler Partitions ;)

He’s currently hanging in the chiller for softening but he might be one for the dogs or at best mincing (“ground”). Sinewy is rather an understatement in his case.

Haven’t taken the 7x64 out for a while, that might be the next outing.

I really hope we don't give into North Korea like the past 3 Presidents have done. They aren't slowing down their missile and nuke development. I understand things are complicated with China and Russia in the mix but even they don't want a lunatic threatening regional war with the ability to actually launch weapons that can kill tens of thousands in a single shot.

Mornin' Gents.  Nice buck, Scrummy.  You might have to make him into jerky.  It sounds like he'd be perfect for it!

Paul, if N. Korea launches an ICBM at the US, we both know it will only be one time, and then they will go away. Maybe the N.K. ICBM will land on San FranciscoWhistling

It was 59 in Yuma when I got up today... headed for mid-80s... but the weekend is going to be in the high 90s to low 100s.  Summer arrives in 3 days...

Mornin' Gents.  Bike ride this a.m. got canceled because of thunderstorms at 5am when I got up.  Oh well.  I'll do 20 tomorrow instead of the 10 I was planning!  Rain in the forecast for the next 4 days.  We need it!

Mornin Deck.

In my younger days (mid 30s) I tried riding a bike, but I just couldn't seem to get the workout I was looking for, I needed more hills, but didn't have them where I lived. Now my knees couldn't stand a ride on level ground, and I'm surrounded by big steep hills. However there are a lot of people riding bikes in my area. I guess they like the hills.
